Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced for a full refund. Once the product has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

We accept returns. You may apply for a return within 14 days of receiving your product. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Please contact customer service to get the correct return address.

Important Notes
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day return policy.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, which depend on the chosen carrier.
  • If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error, you will not be charged for return shipping.
  • No restocking fee will be charged for returns.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method, typically within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially processed.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
